My approach combines TRX, ViPR, and Animal Flow techniques to help you build functional strength, mobility, and balance that lasts.

Where I Train
I offer personal training sessions across Dublin — in gyms, at clients’ homes, and even outdoors for those who love to train in nature.
For clients outside Dublin or overseas, I also provide online coaching programs that are fully customized, easy to follow, and highly effective.
